What is end to end encryption?
With our military-grade end-to-end encryption, we do not have access to your email lists, nor do we access the information you deliver through our platform.
Our service is based on the integrity that we honor at all times. Leaving the encryption key with you, the customer, we cannot access your information.
How long does it take to process an Email List?
Even with larger lists, we make it a priority to clean them thoroughly.
Despite this, you can be confident in the fact that we follow best practices and guarantee high-quality scrubbing regardless of how big your list is.

Both “Pay-As-You-Go” and “Subscription” credits will never expire. They are never removed from your account when you purchase your credits, even when you don’t use them.

No need for installing anything, you can manage everything through our website. Just upload your email list, and Cleaner Mail will take care of the rest.
How many credits are required to verify my emails?
One credit equals the verification of one email. You don’t have to pay for Duplicates and any results marked as Unknown are refunded as soon as the verification process did complete.
How Often Should I Verify My Emails?
We recommend that you check lists with a high volume of items (e.g. over 10k) at least once every 2 weeks. Smaller lists (less than 10k) can be checked once per month.
